Staples is known for the millions of staples found in the floor after we pulled up the 30 year old carpet.  As new and nice as it’s sister/brother side.  This half a house was updated in 2006.  There is also one bath, kitchen, living room and dining room.  This house has a full basement with a washer and dryer for each unit.  Again, no need to share.  Off street parking and only two and a half blocks from the main campus.  That is only a ten minute walk.  Really nice.  All utilities, but phone and cable, are included.   Pictures are provided but will be updated soon.

“Wow!” is a great word for this house. Everything renovated in 2006.  You have to see this to believe it.  Two full sized baths and one has a Garden tub.  Large private bedrooms.  Living room, dining room, and gourmet kitchen.  We had to forgo the large yard to make it easier on you for parking since on street parking is almost impossible to find during the semester.  You have your own private parking space with  your unit.  Even better – you are only two and a half blocks from main campus so your car can stay parked until you go home for visits.

Only a half a block from campus and you are at your own private bedroom apartment.  There are two studio apartments, with full kitchen and full bath, and two spacious one bedroom apartments in this Victorian.  All units completely remodeled in 2004.  Off street parking and shared washer and dryer.  You can see campus from the front porch.   All utilities, but phone and cable, are included.

Now this is student housing at it's best.  Live like your on campus, because your so close, but have your own room, a luxury kitchen and your own porch.  Totally renovated in 2008!   You have an eat-in sized kitchen (includes table), dishwasher and microwave.  Nice back yard and rear porch.  Watch what is going on, on-campus, right from the front porch.  So close it's like living on campus!  In fact, you are closer to class than on campus.  All bedrooms with keyed locks. If you had six roommates consider renting the 950 Second Street side too.  Then you would have literally two of everything: 2 washers, two dryers, two kitchens and two baths.
