Please use the Move-In Form to help you check into your new house.  These are the things that will be inspected when your lease with us is complete.  Please provide a copy of your completed list, accompanied with any pictures or video, to our office within 7 days after you have registered and received a copy of your house keys.  Please note that pictures and video will not be accepted on the eighth or subsequent days after registration and key receipt. Thank you and enjoy your new house! Discriptions Acceptable = everything is clean and acceptable. Not Acceptable = visible filth and grime and is completely unacceptable. Please submit your description of any Not Acceptable Item prior to the 7 days after move-in. Please allow FeinSum to remedy the situation prior to your submittion of this form. Forms may not be submitted, with Un Acceptable items, unless FeinSum has been given the opportunity to remedy the situation. We want to make your move-in a positive experience.
